Dr Burke No More

Both ABC and Isaiah Washington's rep confirm that he will not be returning to to the Grey's cast as Dr. Burke, or anyone else fort hat matter.

Washington's publicist, says Washington's option was not renewed, and released this statement from the actor: "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more."

Yeah well you won't have to! Toodles! There's no love lost here at all. Dr Burke was an ass who bored the hell out of me.

In other Grey's news, it's been confirmed that T.R. Knight (George O'Malley) will be returning and he got a hefty raise to boot. Hmmm I wonder how Washington feels about that?
