Paris Hilton and Britney Spears have tied for first on Mr Blackwell's worst dressed list 2006. I guess he's not a fan of switching stockings and having your JUJE splashed for all to see. Lindsay Lohan was up there aswell. Don't think he was just picking on the young though Meryl Streep rounded out the list at number 10.
Some of his positive nods were for Kate Winslet, Angelina Jolie and Helen Miren.
