Apparently Joel Madden has moved on quite quickly from Hillary Duff. Where did he go you ask? Straight into the boney arms of Nicole Ritchie. Now that I think of it when Hil started dating Joel she quickly shed her healthier figure for the more emaciated look. Joel likes 'em hungry!
