I'm not sure why they're smiling...this is actually the first picture of Jennifer Aniston's plastic surgery catastrophe. She was meant to end up with Courtney Cox's lips thanks to a new genetic fusing technique that is all the rage in Tinseltown. Instead of lips, you can see she actually ended up with a Courtney Cox Clone growing from the side of her head!
