Avril must have had the pasteys last night because she left the spitting up to her husband, Sum 41 frontman Derek Whibley.

Spitting on someone is considered assult so I really hope these people press charges. Here's an idea guys...why don't you stay home for one night! Mabey then people wont take your picture and you won't end up having to spit on anyone. Stupid Jackasses.
