She's been spotted leaving a medical centre (not these pics) and you know there's no reason for her going to the medical centre other than being pregnant right? It's Sienna Miller! Maybe The Herp is acting up.
Anyways I guess we just wait to see the growing belly.

She's hidding from the papz. To be fair they really do attack her, call her a homewrecker and stuff, she's got her own personal hecklers.
