Heidi Montag celebrated her 22nd birthday with a picnic in the park yesterday with her peroxided yeti, Spencer. She made sure to hold up that present nice and high just like she did on Valentines day on that boat...real original. And shoes again? Spring for a bag Spencie.
Below the paparazzi caught up with them (or met at preplanned destination) buying jewelry for the birthday girl. They left with one cufflink, and the other one's on lay away. No, I actualy don't know what they bought but you can be sure it was gaudy as hell.
