Travis Barker and DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) were the only two survivors aboard a jet that crashed during take off from a South Carolina Runway. The four other passengers were pronounced dead at the scene. One, Chris Baker, 29, was Travis' assistant, who just recently became a father.
Both Travis and Adam are in critical condition and suffering severe burns. Travis suffered most burns from the waiste down and Adam mostly to the face.
They were coming from a free college event on Friday night and headed back to Los Angeles.
Travis is best known for being the drummer for Blink 182, and his reality show Meet The Barkers , and Adam is a sought after L.A. based DJ, who was also at one point engaged to Nicole Richie. He also had a relationship with Mandy Moore.
