Lawsuit

"The parents of the woman killed in a car accident involving R&B singer Brandy filed a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit Tuesday against the former Moesha star.

The suit, filed by Ahmed Aboudihaj and Zohra Labridi, alleges "Brandy was driving recklessly" when she struck their daughter.

On Dec. 30, Brandy rear-ended 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj, a mother of two, on a Los Angeles freeway, causing a chain reaction which ultimately killed the Moroccan immigrant, police say."

Courtney Love is claiming she was approached by American Idol Producer Nigle about replaceing Paula Abdul as the female judge on the hit show. They are apparently sick of Paula's drunk-ass behavior. Courtney said:

Brad Pitt and Angeline Jolie were spotted out and about making funeral arragements for her mother. This is not cool andIi think the PAPZ should give her some space. Brad was also spotted later at a business metting and told the photogs they were "unbelievable".

It's not a happy time in her life and I'm sure knowing that people are taking your picture during the ordeal cannot be comforting. It actually makes me feel a bit sick to my stomach. I will not ne posting any more pics of her during the next couple of days, my conscience can't take it.

California Highway Patrol Wants Brandy Charged

"The CHP concluded its investigation into the Dec. 30 collision involving the R&B singer – and recommended to the Los Angeles City Attorney's office Monday morning that she be charged with a misdemeanor count of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, according to patrol spokesman Leland Tang.

If convicted, the 28-year-old former Moesha star, whose full name is Brandy Norwood, could face up to one year in county jail. "

Jennifer Lopez is denying reports that she is turning to Scientology but also has nothing bad to say about the Religion.

Angelina Jolie's mother Marchelinne Bertrand Passed Away

"Marcheline Bertrand, 56, actress and mother of Angelina Jolie, passed away on Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Bertrand had battled cancer for over seven-and-a-half years. She died surrounded by her children, Angelina and son James Haven, as well as Jolie's partner, Brad Pitt. "
