Anna Nicole Smiths ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, is challenging her after she claims the child was nothis and infact belongs to her lawyer. He's taking the issue right to court.
"Birkhead filed the challenge because Smith has not responded to his attempts to communicate, Opri said. "The access had been cut off about the time of the birth of the child," she said.
The lawsuit also expresses concerns about the fitness of the baby's current household.
"There are concerns about the health and safety of the child," Opri said. "These are things that will come out in court"
I know I said I wasn't posting about this crackwhore anymore but he's claiming she is addicted to Meth (the drug that was found in her sons blood during the otopsy) he says he's concerned for the baby's health and wants a drug test for little Dannielynn Hope. I had to post this because this chicks a GD whackjob.
As for the paternity of the baby, I'm sure her new husband, who is a high powered lawyer, would not go on CNN and claim he's the childs father without a paternity test. So I think this guys going through a whole lot of legal trouble for nothing.
