The Dixie Chicks documentary "Shut up and Sing" comes out in New York today. It follows them through the aftermath of the statement made in London by Nathalie (lead singer). I don't think I really understood just how bad the actual backlash was. People were MAD AS HELL. Women telling their 3-4 year old children to hate them and stuff. Death threats and letters telling them exactly where they were gonna be killed. CRUISEY!
