Yesterday I said the Lindsay Lohan looked nice. Today not so much. What in HOT HELL is that see through black shirt. It looks like it's been through the wash a couple too many times. And don't get started on the second outfit. The shorts...the boots...the sweater? Is she cold or hot? Pretty hard to tell.
