The jury deciding if Britney is guilty of driving without a valid license is deadlocked.
Britney never had a California license. Her lawyer is arguing that she called Louisiana her home and she did have that state's issued license at the time of the fender bender.
The other lawyer is obviously saying that that's ridiculous and Britney has made Cali her home "with her marriage, births of her children and divorce all occurring in California".
The jury is back to the drawing board this morning. Brit faces a 1000 dollar fine and six months jail time, like that's gonna happen.
