Kevin Federline has responded to Britney's divorce papers. He's asking for sole custody of their 2 children.
In the surprisingly quick reply, Federline, like Spears, has made a claim for sole custody of their kids, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James (born Sept. 12), with visitation rights for Spears.
"It's not that unusual, but if you want to send a message that you want to be amicable, (both parties) would seek joint custody," says Lynn Soodik, an L.A. family law specialist.
"That he's seeking sole custody leads me to believe they're heading to a costly battle over the kids," she adds. "
Kevin is also seeking Spousal support. I would like to know where he;s gonna get the money for a "costly battle" in court. He can't even sell tickets to his show. Where's he gonna get enough money to pay an attourney that is at the same level as Britney Spears' lawyer? Just go quietly Kev.

he is most likely just trying to hold on to the spot light as long has he can. The other mom is a washed up actress no spot light there.
