Mariah wears another horrrible late 80's mini dress. She looks good in the face but why the GAYNESS dress?

Were those dresses ever in?? I know they were a hit in the SBTB show but really anywhere else..
Mariah has never had good fashion sense so I am not surprised by this

How could you not have the fashion when you have all that money. just pay someine to dress you that isn't an extra from SBTB.
