Haley Joel Osment might be picking up trash with Mel Gibson shortly. "TMZ has learned actor Haley Joel Osment, 18, will be charged Thursday with misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol. Osment will also be charged with driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher, with an enhancement of driving with a .15 or higher. And Osment will be charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana while driving.
