The Red Hot Chilli Peppers are Suing Showtime because they claim the name of a show, (Californication) was stolen from them.
The show, staring DAVID DUCHOVNY is only one season in but RHCP are demanding the show's name be changed and any profits already made be turned over to the band. Anthony Kiedis:
"'Californication' is the signature CD, video and song of the band's career. For some TV show to come along and steal our identity is not right."
Asking for all the profits from the show is a bit over the top I think.

This song sucks and the album was over played.
love the show and love the album (not my fav of theirs but still great)
