Chris Brown may as well pop a tent a the court house because it's quickly becoming his new home.
The singer is being sued by a paparazzo who claims Brown's bodyguard gave him the beat down after he tried to take a picture of the woman beater.
Brown's lawyer says the case is BS and he "will vigorously defend against this."
Another day another dollar for a celebrity attorney.
