Actor Rip Torn was arrested on DUI charges in New York."Rip Torn has repeated his performance from 2004 by getting arrested in New York for being a drunk driver. Rip was charged with DWI in North Salem, New York. The 75-year-old hunk apparently didn’t want to cooperate and refused to take a blood-alcohol test."
He was abusive to the cops and refused to cooperate. The last thing I saw him in was Dodgeball and he was GD funny.
