"Studio 60 on the Sunset strip" premiered last night on CTV here in Canada. I was pretty excited about this new show and I was very impressed. It's a backstage look at a fictional sketch comedy show that is having trouble with the material and is headed down the wrong road. A new president of the network (Amanda Pete) and two former writersfor the show (Matthew Perry and Bradley Whitford) plan on bringing it back to it's edgier and funnier writting.
Lot's of plots were started, drug testing, relationship drama and the obvious affair that will start between Amanda Pete and Matthew Perry. Tune in, I think this one will actually go somewhere. |
