A New Face?



Heidi Montag has confessed that she's not done with her plastic surgeon just yet.
"I plan to get a few more upgrades ... I’m sure as I get older I’ll need
some touch-ups," she says. Adds the newlywed, "I think I want to go bigger on my
boobs for [Spencer]."
I vote for a new face all together, and to have that disgusting growth from your arm removed, you know the one, that one.
