WHAT THE GD HELL??


Katie Holmes left the set of 'Eli Stone' looking like this.

This outfit is not acceptable for public, this outfit shouldn't even be allowed to touch any other clothes in her closet.

Baggy tapered jeans, socks and sandals and Bea Arthur hair?
