You rarely ever see Madonna without her trustee Sunglasses and now we all know why.
Madge stepped out to shop with daughter Lourdes and she was looking haggard, botoxed and chemical peeled up.
She should think of adding the sunglasses back into her daily attire but also I would suggest a long sleeved shirt. Keep those veins under wraps.

I think she needs to eat something fattening. She looks sickly thin. She has no fat in her face except what has been injected in the wrong spots. Not good..
