Britney's handler Sam Lutfi is giving his deposition today.
The biggest question on the block? Whether Britney an Co. have arrangements with x17 Photo Agency to provide exclusive shots of her daily life.
x17 claims they and Britney are friends and not business partners.
A friend who stalks is a friend indeed!
