Word on the street is Jay Z's about to announce that he had a son with model and Video Vixen Shanelle Scott. Rumors state that Jay has sepnt millions of dollars in an attempt to keep his name off the birth certificate of the little boy, Isa Jael.
Insiders say we should be getting a statement soon.
