Rumors are flying that Katherine Heigle is leaving Grey's Anatomy because of a salary issue.


"Katie is disappointed and hurt that (producer) Touchstone doesn't value her as much as her other costars, especially Sandra Oh and Isaiah Washington," the source says."


As much as Izzy annoys the hell out of me and I think she's my least fav at this moment I still wouldn't want her to leave. She's a part of the disfunctional family.
